| Lionsgate’s Midway held steady in second place with $798,086. That was down 34.0 percent from Tuesday and down a sizable 46.3 percent from last Wednesday. Midway has grossed $37.692 million through
thirteen days. That is ahead of expectations, but is also relatively modest with the film’s price-tag in mind. BoxOfficeReport is predicting that Midway will gross $3.8 million in its third weekend. |
| Warner and New Line’s The Good Liar took in $619,232 to remain in third. The Good Liar was down 39.0 percent from Tuesday’s take. The Good Liar has grossed $7.826 million in six days, which

| Universal’s Last Christmas was up one spot from Tuesday to move into fourth on Wednesday with $559,550. That was down 39.2 percent from Tuesday and down just 30.7 percent from last Wednesday.
Last Christmas is running a bit below expectations with a respectable thirteen-day take of $24.316 million. BoxOfficeReport is predicting a third weekend take of $3.0 million for Last Christmas. |
