
| Disney’s Avengers: Infinity War grossed $4.194 million on Wednesday to remain in first place at the daily box office for a 20th consecutive day. That represented a 30.2 percent decline from Tuesday and a
solid 40.5 percent decline from last Wednesday. Avengers: Infinity War has grossed $562.919 million in 20 days. The film is running 19.2 percent ahead of the $472.240 million 20-day haul of 2012’s Marvel’s The Avengers
and 9.0 percent ahead of the $516.628 million 20-day gross of Black Panther earlier this year. BoxOfficeReport is predicting a fourth weekend take of $30.0 million for Avengers: Infinity War. |
| Internationally, Avengers: Infinity War grossed an estimated $17.1 million on Wednesday, which included a $10.1 million take from China (where the film has grossed $240.3 million through six days). To
date, Avengers: Infinity War has grossed $1.124 billion internationally and $1.686 billion globally. Yesterday Avengers: Infinity War passed 2015’s Jurassic World globally to move into fourth place on the all-time
global box office list. |
| Warner and New Line’s Life of the Party held steady in second place with $1.224 million. Life of the Party was down 35.4 percent from Tuesday’s performance. The six-day start for
Life of the Party stands at $22.283 million, which is towards the lower end of expectations and 23.0 percent behind the $28.946 million six-day take of 2016’s The Boss. BoxOfficeReport is predicting that
Life of the Party will gross $7.7 million in its second weekend. |
| Universal’s Breaking In continued to claim third place with $911,335. That represented a very sharp 46.0 percent decline from Tuesday. Despite yesterday’s decline, Breaking In is still performing
towards the higher end of expectations with $21.488 million in six days. Breaking In is running 21.1 percent ahead of the $17.750 million six-day start of 2016’s Almost Christmas. BoxOfficeReport is predicting a second

| It was an extremely close race for fourth place on Wednesday, as Paramount’s A Quiet Place took fourth place with $638,855 and Lionsgate, Pantelion and MGM’s Overboard followed closely behind with
$638,580. The two films were separated by only $275 for the day. Respective total grosses stand at $171.656 million for A Quiet Place in 41 days and at $31.741 million for Overboard in 13 days. BoxOfficeReport is
