| Disney’s Avengers: Infinity War took in $24.740 million on Monday. That represented the tenth largest Monday gross of all-time and the third largest non-holiday first-Monday gross of all-time,
behind only 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($40.110 million) and 2015’s Jurassic World ($25.345 million). Avengers: Infinity War registered the second largest Monday gross ever for a film in the
Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), behind only the $40.152 million first-Monday Presidents’ Day gross of Black Panther earlier this year. The previously high-water mark for a non-holiday Monday gross for a film in the
Marvel Cinematic Universe was the $18.899 million take of 2012’s Marvel’s The Avengers, which Avengers: Infinity War topped by 30.9 percent. Avengers: Infinity War declined
64.3 percent from Sunday’s performance. |
| Avengers: Infinity War has grossed a massive $282.438 million through four days of release. That represents the second largest four-day start of all-time, behind only Star Wars: The Force Awakens
($288.076 million). Avengers: Infinity War is running a slim 2.0 percent behind The Force Awakens, 16.6 percent ahead of the $242.156 million four-day launch of Black Panther and an impressive 24.8 percent ahead
of the $226.338 million four-day haul of Marvel’s The Avengers. Avengers: Infinity War is set to zoom past the $300 million domestic mark today, which will tie it with Star Wars: The Force Awakens as the fastest
films ever to reach the $300 million domestic milestone. |

Thor: The Dark World, 2010’s Iron Man 2 and 2008’s Iron Man, among others. International totals through Monday include $45.5 million in the U.K., $43.3 million in South Korea, $30.8 million in Mexico,

a respectable $78.528 million in 18 days and continues to perform significantly stronger internationally. |
| Disney’s Black Panther took fifth place with $431,117. Thanks to continued strong word of mouth and to receiving a boost from drive-in double feature grosses with
Avengers: Infinity War, Black Panther was down only 6.1 percent from last Monday. Black Panther has grossed a massive $688.796 million in 74 days. |
