Lionsgate’s The Hitman’s Bodyguard grossed $1.048 M on Wednesday to top the daily box office for a thirteenth consecutive day. The Hitman’s Bodyguard declined 37.4 percent from Tuesday and a solid 39.4 percent from last Wednesday. The thirteen-day total for The Hitman’s Bodyguard stands at a stronger than expected $43.679 M. BoxOfficeReport is predicting that The Hitman’s Bodyguard will remain in first place over the four-day holiday frame with $11.5 M.

Warner’s Annabelle: Creation took in $741 K to remain in second place. Annabelle: Creation was down 34.2 percent from Tuesday and down a respectable 46.0 percent from last Wednesday. Annabelle: Creation continues to exceed expectations with a 20-day gross of $80.949M. BoxOfficeReport is predicting a fourth weekend take of $7.9 M for Annabelle: Creation over the four-day frame.

The Weinstein Company’s Wind River held steady in third with $520 K. Wind River decreased 36.4 percent from Tuesday and increased 53.8 percent over last Wednesday when the film was playing in a moderate 694 locations. Wind River has grossed $11.897 M in 27 days. BoxOfficeReport is predicting that Wind River will place in third over the four-day weekend with $6.1 M.

Warner’s Dunkirk was up one spot over Tuesday to move into fourth place on Wednesday with $504 K. Dunkirk was down 28.4 percent from Tuesday and down only 32.3 percent from last Wednesday. The 41-day total for Dunkirk stands at a strong $174.162 M. BoxOfficeReport is predicting that Dunkirk will gross $4.7 M over the four-day holiday frame.

Bleecker Street and Fingerprint Releasing’s Logan Lucky was down one spot from Tuesday to land in fifth on Wednesday with $463 K. Logan Lucky declined 34.7 percent from Tuesday and just 32.4 percent from last Wednesday. Logan Lucky has grossed a softer than expected $16.560 M in thirteen days. BoxOfficeReport is predicting a third weekend four-day take of $5.0 M for Logan Lucky.

The Weinstein Company’s Leap! remained in sixth place with $361 K. Leap! was down a very sharp 46.2 percent from Tuesday’s performance. Leap! continues to perform in line with its modest expectations with a six-day gross of $6.154 M. BoxOfficeReport is predicting a second weekend gross of $4.8 M for Leap! over the four-day holiday frame.
